The main products under this section are;
Coconut
Coconut products come in conventional, Organic or Fair Trade. We have a large coconut organic plantation, as well as out growers with coconut plantations. We have 2 varieties that we source and sell which are the hybrid type and the west african tall. The hybrid type is mostly used for water and sold as young coconut and the west african tall is what we normally export.
Our well trained and experienced team; have great knowledge, through the supply chain we can determine what coconut goes to which client based on their needs and specifications required.
We source young coconut for the local markets and mature coconuts for the export market.
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is extracted from the kernel of matured coconuts harvested from the coconut palm and is high in saturated fats. Coconut oil is a common edible oil in certain countries, and there is a controversy regarding its effects on lipid profiles and cardiovascular disease risk.
We have coconut oil for soap production and coconut oil for human consumption in large quantities.
Raw Rubber
Rubber production is also one of the products we produce. Cup lump is obtained when fresh latex is extracted by tapping into a long cut made in a rubber tree and letting the drips pour into a plastic cup. The substance is then mixed with formic acid to coagulate the latex. The process continues for several days until the required amount is reached
Natural rubber latex is most commonly used to make items like gloves, swim caps, chewing gum, mattresses, catheters, rubber bands, balloons, tennis shoes, and many other sporting goods. Synthetic latexes are common in coatings, like latex paint.
Sugar Cane
Our sugar cane section is also operated under all the food organic codes. We have a great aim of constant supply of sugar cane in measurable volumes by export or local consumption around the world. Our Research and Development department is in the process of developing an all refreshing, natural and organic fruit drink from the sugar.
One of our main products from our sugar cane section is the frozen sugar cane for export.
Raw Soybean Oil
This product is obtained by pressing of soybean grits. Soybean oil has a very good nutritional value due to its high content of linoleic acid, lecithin, phytosterols, tocopherols with antioxidant action, as well as fat-soluble vitamins. It is used as a animal feed supplement, and also has wider implementation in the production of bio diesel and other industries.
Copra Cake
Coconut oil is produced by extracting oil from copra, which is dried coconut flesh. When the oil is expelled mechanically the residue is called copra cake. Copra Expeller Cake or Copra Cake is a by-product of the Coconut Oil manufacturing process, i.e., the residue left after the partial or complete removal of oil from Copra. It is a valuable Animal Feed Ingredient considered to have a high Fiber & Protein by-pass value and found to be extremely palatable among cattle.
Soya Cake
The product soya cake is obtained by soya seeds processing. Herewith the method of extruding and pressing is used and as a result we get the product high in protein, minerals and microelements such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, manganese and zinc. Soya cake is mainly used in the animal feed industry, it is one of the essential components in animal feed with a protein from 42% to 48%
Dried Cassava
Dried Cassava Chips are produced by slicing Cassava into small chips and then sun-drying them to get rid of the moisture. They are usually used in the Alcohol Industry, Animal Feed Industry, or even to produce citric acid. Cassava flour can be derived from Dried Casaava Chips, it can serve as a gluten-free substitute for wheat flour in bread, pasta, and other foods. It comes from the root vegetable cassava. Cassava contains important nutrients that may manage digestive health and maintain insulin sensitivity, among other benefits.
To make cassava flour, a person must grate cassava, manually or with a machine, dry it out, and grind it to a fine powder.
